House of Lynn Advisory LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through houseoflynnadvisory.com, our forms, our advisory services, and the House of Lynn Institute's Certified Operations Strategist (COS) program; how we use it; and the choices you have. 1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Waitlist and interest forms: your name, email, and answers such as your background and how you heard about us.
  • COS Program Application: your name, email, phone, LinkedIn profile, professional background, goals, and your answers about readiness and budget.
  • Enrollment Agreement: your full legal name, email, payment option, electronic signature, and a signing record such as the date and time you signed.
  • Booking a call: your name, email, and anything you share in the booking questions.
  • Advisory services: information you share with us to do the work you hired us for.
  • Program work: assignments, Field Guide sections, capstone work, and comments you submit in the program's online classroom.
  • Emails and messages: anything you send us directly.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, our website platform may collect standard technical information such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, and general location, often through cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Payment information

Invoices are paid through our business bank's secure payment system. We do not see or store your full card or bank account numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and send the information you asked for.
  • To review applications, enroll participants, and deliver the COS program.
  • To send invoices and keep financial records.
  • To deliver advisory services to our clients.
  • To send updates about the Institute and our services. You can opt out at any time.
  • To improve our website, programs, and services.
  • To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. COS Program Participants

If you enroll in the COS program:

  • Live sessions may be recorded. Recordings are used only for educational purposes within the program and are never shared outside of it.
  • Your cohort can see some of your activity. Posts and replies you share in the class Stream, such as Scenario Drop responses, are visible to your cohort. Assignments you submit are visible only to you and the Institute.
  • Your name and work may be shared with your assigned partner organization as part of your capstone.
  • Testimonials you provide may be shared publicly using only your first name and last initial, as described in your Enrollment Agreement. You can ask us to stop at any time.
  • Credential records: when you are certified, your name, credential, certification date, and renewal status may appear in our public credential registry and on your verifiable digital badge so employers and clients can confirm your credential.

4. Who We Share Information With

We share information only with trusted service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed:

  • Squarespace: website hosting and forms.
  • Google (Workspace, Drive, Calendar, Meet, and Classroom): email, file storage, scheduling, live sessions, and the program's online classroom.
  • Jotform: electronic signatures for the COS Enrollment Agreement.
  • Relay: invoicing and payments.
  • Certifier: issuing and verifying digital credentials.
  • Asana: project and task management.

We may also share information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our participants, or others.

5. How Long We Keep Information

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required for legal, tax, and accounting reasons. Credential records are kept for as long as the credential is active and for a reasonable period after, so the credential can be verified.

6. How We Protect Information

We use reasonable safeguards, including access limited to people who need it and reputable, secure service providers. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

You may ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we have about you.
  • Correct information that is wrong.
  • Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal, tax, or contract reasons.
  • Stop sending you marketing emails.

8. Age Requirement

Our programs and services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
