Who This Is For

Built for three kinds of operators.

The EA or Chief of Staff

You've spent years anticipating needs, managing complexity, and holding operations together at the highest level. Cohort 1 gives you the credential and framework to be recognized and compensated for the work you already do, whether you move up internally or build your own practice.

The Freelance Virtual Assistant

Task execution has a ceiling. Cohort 1 gives you the methodology to move from "I handle admin work" to "I build operational infrastructure," and charge accordingly. This is your path from VA to operations strategist.

The Career Changer

Your background in project management, HR, operations, or business administration gave you instincts that transfer directly. Cohort 1 is your structured, credentialed on-ramp into operations strategy, built around a real methodology used with real clients.

If you're ready to stop being underestimated and start operating at the level you know you're capable of, you're in the right place.

The Problem

The work you do is operations strategy. The title and the rate rarely reflect that.

Operations professionals carry the mental load, build the systems, and hold the execution together, often without the credential, the framework, or the recognition to match. Most training programs teach tools and tactics. None of them hand you a methodology, a credential, and a pathway to clients. House of Lynn Institute does all three.

What You Walk Away With

More than a certificate.

The COS Credential

A recognized standard of excellence for operations professionals, built on Lean Six Sigma principles and grounded in twelve years of cross-sector field experience.

The Engineered Operations Method

The same four-phase methodology, Assess, Design, Install, Operate, that House of Lynn Advisory deploys with real clients. You learn it, practice it, and leave knowing how to apply it.

A Completed Portfolio Piece

Every student completes a real operational audit and framework during the program, a tangible deliverable to show employers, clients, and decision makers, not just a certificate.

Direct Mentorship

Live, high-touch, practitioner-led training directly from a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt credentialed operations strategist with twelve years of cross-sector experience.

Placement Priority

As House of Lynn Advisory's operator bench grows, Cohort 1 graduates receive placement priority. Your credential is a career pipeline, not just a learning outcome.

The Curriculum

Built on the Engineered Operations Method.

1

Assess

Learn how to diagnose operational infrastructure gaps, identify execution friction, and conduct a structured organizational assessment.

2

Design

Architect delegation frameworks, accountability systems, and workflow structures aligned to organizational complexity and leadership priorities.

3

Install

Implement reporting cadence, delegation architecture, and execution systems across an organization.

4

Operate

Sustain, refine, and strengthen operational infrastructure as organizations grow and evolve.

Capstone

Complete a full operational audit and framework for a real organization. This is your portfolio piece.
