How billing works.
All packages are billed monthly through automatic payments set up at signing. Here is what to expect when you are ready to get started.
$299 one-time setup fee
First full month's payment
The Suite package: setup fee waived
Your payment processes automatically on the same date each month. No invoices to chase. No payments to remember. Just consistent support, every month.
A minimum three month commitment is required. After that the engagement continues month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
Need something outside your package scope?
For work that falls outside your monthly retainer I offer project-based support at $55/hour. Quoted upfront, fifty percent due before work begins, remainder invoiced upon completion. Available to existing package clients only. Minimum two hour booking.
