Pricing & Billing

How billing works.

All packages are billed monthly through automatic payments set up at signing. Here is what to expect when you are ready to get started:

Due at signing

  • $299 one-time setup fee
  • First full month's payment

After that your monthly payment processes automatically on the same date each month through our secure billing system. No invoices to chase. No payments to remember. Just consistent support showing up every month.

A minimum three month commitment is required for all packages. This gives us enough time to build your systems, establish our working rhythm, and get you to a place where you can genuinely feel the difference.

After your initial three months the engagement continues month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

Project-Based Support

Need something outside your package scope?

For work that falls outside your monthly retainer I offer project-based support at $55/hour. Quoted upfront, fifty percent due before work begins, remainder invoiced upon completion. Available to existing package clients only. Minimum two hour booking.
